What information do we collect and how we use it?
Columbus Colony Elderly Care is a non-profit organization
near Columbus, OH with special services for the Deaf,
Deaf/Blind and Hard of Hearing. Our intent is to collect
information from web forms for communications with staff
and residents.
External
Information for Product Orders
All information collected for orders of products listed
here is used to ship the products to you. Credit Card
information or financial information for orders is the
responsibility of PayPal.

Information
and money transferred to CCEC for orders include only the
necessary information to complete the transaction. Checks
or money orders sent to us for orders are promptly
deposited. Only shipping information is collected. The
process is reversed for returns, we do not see personal
financial information.

from CCEC Web Forms
We do not currently, nor do we plan to, collect
personal information except in certain areas of the site where you explicitly provide it to us. Providing this information is completely voluntary.
We use it to provide better services for employment, our
residents, and family members. Do not include any private
information on these forms that is not public information.
Use of Cookies on the Web Site
Our servers do create and maintain standard log files that contain technical information (such as IP address and browser version) about requests made to our servers. Additionally, we may periodically create reports from this data in an effort to determine which portions of our site are most popular, or to determine which browsers to use for testing our site.
Collection of Information from Minors
We do not intentionally attempt to solicit or collect information from minors, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

cookbook and begin the checkout process. This process is

What form
of Payment is accepted?
You have the option of purchasing through PayPal using any
of the credit cards or electronic payments pictured here.
PayPal uses 128-bit encryption for secure processing of
credit cards, always look for evidence of secure
processing whenever adding credit card information. It is
recommended you use a browser that supports 128-bit
encryption. To pay by check or Money Order, go to the Order Form for Check
or MO Payment.

2. Enter a quantity for checkout.

You will be asked to check into PayPal using your login
information.
4. The secure process of PayPal will then
display your shipping information and verify the last

6. You will receive eMail confirmation.
7. Orders will be shipped within 10 days.

4. There is the normal information asked for any Internet
order; where to ship it and how to pay for it. This is all

instead of using the PayPal system to actually make

will be shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the selection,
please contact us and we will arrange for a refund. Please
