Columbus Colony Elderly care (accepted by Lisa Kondas, RN DON), which was honored for Mission Focus, recognizing how their organization has evolved in order to continue to fulfill its mission in the ever-changing aging services industry. Columbus Colony specializes in caring for the deaf and deaf-blind. Their facility serves as a model for other states and countries, having played host to visitors from all over the world who travel to get a glimpse of what they do and why they are successful.
February 19, 2010 Westerville Chamber of Commerce Business After-Hours Meeting
Last night we hosted the Westerville Chamber of Commerce After-hours meeting. Attending were Chamber of Commerce members and the many business owners and professionals of Westerville. The event was held in our new Rehabilitation wing. We would like to thank everyone for making it a wonderful evening.
February 8, 2010 Brand New Rehabilitation Wing Opens
After many months of waiting we would like to announce the opening of our brand new Rehabilitation wing. Featuring a 3,000 square foot rehabilitation gym, new dining space, and state-of-the-art equipment, we are better equipped to meet a wide range of medical needs. Our new expansion also allows us to treat individuals on an out-patient basis. We invite you to come take a tour and see how we can help you.
January 13, 2010 Welcome Lisa Kondas
We would like to welcome Lisa Kondas as our new Director of Nursing. Lisa is no stranger at Columbus Colony, serving our community for over 15 years. Her career has been marked with quality and dedication. Starting as a nurse aid, becoming a hall nurse and eventually managing our 300 hall, she has tirelessly served our residents and we are confident in the quality and success she will bring as our Director of Nursing.
