A Beautiful Environment

Columbus Colony Housing (Independent Living) has been in this beautiful environment of Westerville, Ohio, for twenty-three years. Visit and you will see the two housing areas with rolling pastures, shelter house, and woods where deer step out on occasion.

We bring convenience to housing as the campus has much to offer. We bring people together to share in this community. Columbus Colony Housing is in a beautiful area where you can see Columbus Colony Elderly Care across the street. We are the only retirement community with a nursing home in the same area. In this way we can keep friends together as they enter different stages in their lives.

The apartments are under Section 8/202 and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. They are set-up to assure that low-income elderly and the mobility impaired receive the housing they deserve at a price they can afford. Columbus Colony Housing is specially designed for the Deaf. To qualify for housing, you must be in a low-income bracket.

If you are in Westerville, Ohio, stop by and visit us. We will be very happy to give you a tour of our beautiful apartment complex.
